Who is it for?
Newly qualified, as well as more experienced counsellors, psychotherapists and mental health practitioners are welcome.
You can attend as an individual, a pair or a group of 3-4 people.
What is it for?
It is a safe space created between supervisor and supervisee(s), in which we explore and process all aspects of your client work. You will be able to receive support and guidance, including for more difficult or distressing cases. It is used to support you to learn and grow as a practitioner, by further developing your skills, abilities and career prospects.
What to expect
Following the BACP and NCS ethical guidelines, and guided by the ‘7-eyed model’ of Supervision, I work collaboratively with supervisees to support you to care for yourself as well as your clients, and to work in a safe and effective way. You are invited to discuss your client work with me during sessions that will be in-person at the therapy room, online or over the phone. Depending on the number of clients yo have and on your governing body’s requirements, you can choose to have 60 or 90-minute sessions. These can be on a fortnightly, 3-weekly or monthly basis.

My Training and Outlook
I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Integrative Supervision of Individuals and Groups, and enjoy working with supervisees from a range of therapeutic modalities.
As a Psychotherapist, I am trained in a number of modalities including: Person-centred, Psychodynamic, CBT, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, Creative Art, EFT Tapping, Transpersonal, Existential, Solution-focused, play and Sandtray therapy. Additionally, I apply my knowledge of attachment theory and neuroscience, where appropriate.
I believe that good practice comes not only through training, but also through learning from experience, including our mistakes, and from receiving the appropriate guidance and support when we need it. As human beings, we are all on a continuous journey of learning and improvement.
